Ginbo’s Hamburger House — Restaurant in New York

I am rating them 2 stars for customer poor service. I placed an order and was very specific when I said two chicken nachos... one with everything and one with everything but NO CHEESE... I said it more than once to the person taking the order. My coworker picks up the order.. my coworker got hers and on top of mines it read with a black sharpie "NO CHEESE." When I open it guess what was inside? CHEESEEEE!. I was very specific. I call and complain but the guy on the phone tells me that nachos come with cheese. Obviously I am aware of that and thats why I requested NO CHEESE. They comply to send me another nachos without cheese. I ask for sour cream and they send me ranch sauce. Like seriously I asked for a simple thing. NO CHEESE. That was all. The man on the phone seemed bothered I was complaining but, it was his mistake. He didn't give the delivery man the directions correctly and by the time I got my food it was super cold. To the person taking orders please pay attention when you take orders. Its not fair. By the way the food taste really good just wish the customer...

While the prices are pretty decent, it is quite disturbing to know that these employees DO NOT use gloves. When I asked why they don’t wear any, I was told that the gloves melt and that plastic would end up in my food. Which maybe true; However what they didn’t know is I myself not only work in the food industry-I am a food service manager. Working over the GRILL in some locations, there are definitely gloves available that can withstand the heat of the grill. Better yet wearing gloves will stop any cross contamination that I saw with the grill person putting his hands all in the plates! I didn’t see him wash his hands once in the 10-15 we were waiting either. I used to love this place but I’m not too sure...

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED AT THE SERVICE AT THIS PLACE.... MY ADDRESS WAS REPEATED SEVERAL TIMES TO ME WRONG NO ONE WAS PATIENTLY TRYING TO MAKE SURE MY ORDER WAS CORRECT. I HAD TO CALL JUST NOW AND CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER AN HOUR WAIT. WHEN COMING HOME FROM WORK YOU DO NOT WANT TO WAIT FOR FOOD THAT LONG.....AND FYI YES MY FOOD HAS BEEN COLD MORE THAN ONE TIME VIA DELIVERY. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.... THE FOOD IS GOOD BUT THE SERVICE SUCKS.... THIS PLACE WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER DOLLAR FROM ME IM AM NOT GOING TO PAY FOR COLD FOOD... AND TO THINK I RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE TO OTHER...
