Take it from me don't do business with this company, they are liars and if you change your mind about anything with your order they will try and slap you a 40% fee upfront! They sign a fake name stating they had delivered my furniture and I canceled 1 day later after ordering it, I purchased it through acima and they told acima the furniture had been delivered, so basically they forged my signature, I call the police today when I went up there learning what they told acima, the police asked for proof the furniture was delivered and they told the police they didn't have proof but what about the fake forged one they had right! They didn't show that one because I was standing up there and it's not my signature, those ppl are rude and crooks, I can't believe a company will loose their reputation for 999.00 ! This store deserves No stars , customer service was good when I went to the store ,they manipulated me into buying a bed set that I seen on display told me they didn’t have in stock but they can get it delivered by the weekend In march. When bed was delivered I wasn’t home I got home and seen the bed scratched and the night stand including the dresser.I gave them a call right away and they told me to send my invoice and a picture of the damages. Never got the help I needed I ended up requesting to return it or get the bed set exchange.they told me a technician was going to come to fix the damages.I noticed the bed wasn’t on display any longer seems like the bed set that was delivered to me was the display at the store. The worst store was this one but in the branch that was in Fordham, they manipulated us into purchasing furniture on display, they gave us a super convenient payment method, which today has been hell, through the company koalafi! some furniture and two armchairs with a cost of 1,460 dollars, and today because it is their fault that they provide us with that form of payment without explaining things to us in detail, we have paid almost 3,500 dollars, equally because of the company that facilitates the credit called Koalafi , which we have paid in full twice the outstanding balance, and after paying everything, and even closing the account, an alleged payment not reflected appears, which without realizing it because we had already paid the total, created interest again, we called several times and they do everything at...
