First Stop Fashion — Local services in New York

I ordered a outfit for a concert I paid a lot of money to have it shipped out so I can have it on two days mind you I ordered it friday at 12 am . Took forever to get my tracking number and when I did get it . It was nothing to track Usps did not receive my package it wasn’t even shipped out it was still at their store and today Is Tuesday and it’s not shipped out yet my concert is tomorrow I called and the guy was rude he hung up the phone and my face and called me back saying that he canceled my order!!! I find that to be rude you guys don’t know how to conduct a business . You treat your customers like garbage. How dare you cancel my order because I called in trying to get the situation resolved . I really loved y’all clothing line but y’all lack MAJOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YALL NEED ANGER...

I have been a regular customer of first stop fashion until I made a purchase and my local post office lost my package. Told me to go thru the seller for a refund. I had to keep reaching out to them regarding my refund sometimes was ignored. Had to keep calling them about this issue instead of them contacting me n keepin me updated. Told me to go thru paypal to get a refund. Currently going thru paypal but still having to keep calling to make sure someone does their job is exhausting. Though im sure they have lots of customers and could care less but I definitely will not shop here any longer. Its going on a month since I was supposed to have my pckage. I still have no package of course...

This was a nice store to shop for latest styles. Prices were fair. My family and I used to love first stop fashion. But I stopped shopping here because of one particular employee. Hes a young guy with glasses. He can be extremely disrespectful. The worst part is he finds it humorous. So my family and I shop down the street where they have the same clothes and even a little cheaper. Right under the 4 train. Most of my friends and family decided to do the same thing for the same.reason. smh.... that store needs to replace him. Or they'll slowly keep losing...
