I had an appointment this past tuesday, there was a spanish older lady ( SUPER NICE 10/10) that took me through the doors & brought me to another lady that was checking the patients in. This lady had very short blonde hair, she wore glasses, & had fair complexion, she also had an accent (VERY RUDE 0/10) . She was very very rude, she was talking to me about a signature that had to signed, i thought she meant on the app, as i proceeded to show her that i completed all the steps of the check in on my phone, she came out her face VERY RUDLY and VERY nasty saying i have to sign in right there… I told her okay, i don’t know what the attitude is for because i wasn’t in the mood either HOWEVER i did not take it out on her. She takes her glasses off and says shes not going to help me. My nerves went from 0-100 but lady that was sitting right behind her ( AGAIN SUPER NICE 10/10) ended up helping me as soon as she said that because she as well seen and over heard the way she was speaking to me and catching an attitude with me. I am pregnant and can’t be dealing with stress, if this is how she speaks to people, definitely consider putting her elsewhere where she doesn’t have to communicate with people. If she also was having a bad day, she should learn to seperate work from her personal life. I wanted to speak to a supervisor but she was in a meeting at the time. Read moreI have never have any problem at this facility except for the wait time but if it's medical office so you have to be very patient. I went in for a routine check up and I was first seen by a hispanic lady named Kenya. She was very unprofessional and rude. She called me "amor"( love), which is what not you expect from a healthcare provider that you meet for the first time. That was the first red flag I got from her. I explained the reason why I was there for and she practically made me choose between two medical services I normally get done at the same time. After seeing how unprofessional she was by asking unrelated personal questions to my medical care, I told her that I want to be seeing by someone else to which she replied " I don't care". I never felt so uncomfortable with a medical provider. I waited a little longer and I was then treated by my favorite physician Ms. Debbie, she is amazing to say the least. She is very caring and she knows her stuff. She is very knowledgeable and have amazing bedside manners. I would recommend her in a heart beat.

I asked her to schedule an appointment for my spouse & I, she misunderstood what I was scheduling and thought that I was trying to schedule my appointment under another person’s insurance(My spouse's insurance). Jeanette didn't let me explain myself when she told me " I don't know what you are asking for and I am not scheduling your appointment, come in person or don't come at all" then she proceeded to end the call. She could've communicated better and asked for my clarification, which I was trying to give her before she ended the phone call. I called on 8/18/17 at 10:57 am. I felt disrespected and I will not be calling back to set an appointment. Very disappointed with the "service" she gave me. I hope something gets done about this...
