This review is written for those folks that are obese like myself and have doubts about training with NNOWW Fitness, before I found NNOWW Fitness on yelp I spent few weeks searching for fitness facility on google and yelp that specifically have knowledge training obese individuals cause I didn’t just want a trainer but a trainer with knowledge in food nutrition, at end of a long day of searching and calling places I found NNOWW Fitness ad and review their website information and what caught my attention was before and after pictures of the clients and later finding out that one of the before and after pictures was actually part owner of NNOWW Fitness, I reach out to them and setup a day to do a consultation. On the day of the consultation I met with Nina and as soon as I walk through doors she came up to me and gave me huge hello and hug and that alone caught me off surprise but as we discuss about what’s going on my life and why now I want to change I started to realize that her personality is not like what I ever encounter before she very Passionate about her work and what she wants to do for you, she also explain how she became a weight loss coach and trainer after being 320 pound obese individual herself. I didn’t know till after the consultation what I was looking for in a trainer but after that consultation I very much knew what I wanted, a trainer with personal knowledge on what it is and feels to be obese and know the amount of work it’s going to take to lose the weight but also figure out what lead you to become obese too. I was 322 pounds on August 14, 2017 and today is November 8, 2017 and I’m at 270 pounds with about 51 pounds lost already within few months and still losing on average 3 pounds a week or more. I don’t have a target number to hit and don’t want one either, from day one I wanted to learn how to make better choices when selecting food to eat and make fitness a normal routine and not just a temporary month thing. What I gotten out of NNOWW Fitness is opportunity to live a longer life then the path I was on before. Give NNOWW Fitness an opportunity to save your life too and start enjoying your life the healthy way. One day I told Nina she better than my doctor and I explain why too, my doctor told me I was obese and needed to lose weight, but never told me how to lose weight or where to go to lose weight. Nina didn’t tell me that I was obese cause why state the obvious, what Nina told me that a doctor never ever before told me was how to eat, what food to avoid, what food you should be eating, what your heart rate target should be and what my body fat percentage should be and how to do fitness. I feel very humble to have someone so bestowed in some many areas of expertise helping me in getting my life back in track. Nkem is the 2nd business partner in NNOWW Fitness, I have witness is training with clients and you not be more satisfied with knowledge and professionalism and attention to details that he gives his clients.
