This place is truly one of a kind. Before going to The Vow Bridal Couture, I had visited three other places to try on wedding dresses. Not only did I not fall in love with any dresses at these other stores, but I usually felt lost, overwhelmed and rushed. From the moment I walked into The Vow Bridal Couture, and was warmly greeted by Huey and his wife, Grace, I knew it would be a completely different experience. Needless to say, I did find my dress here, and each time I visited the store for fittings I was treated like a princess. They always offered me and my guests something to drink, and they always gave me their full attention for as long as I needed it. I felt like I was their only client. They altered my dress to perfection and helped me take photos and video whenever I needed to. They allowed me to come in as many times as I wanted to try the dress on, try it with accessories, and try it on to show people. They also refused to accept final payment on the dress until I was 100% happy with the final product (which of course I was). The service that my husband and I received from Hui and Grace of The Vow Bridal Couture for our wedding was outstanding from start to finish. From the first day I visited their salon in search for my wedding dress, I knew that I was in great hands and that this was the place where I would find my dress. To my surprise, the dress I chose was not the vision I initially had in mind but one that Grace, who has an extremely good eye, kindly suggested I try on. When she and Hui first pulled the dress out, I honestly didn’t think that it would be the one but as soon as I tried it on, I knew that it was. It felt and looked as though it was made perfectly for me. The service that they provided from that day forward surpassed my expectations and also that of my husband’s who I referred to The Vow shortly after deciding on my dress. Hui and Grace are very warm and welcoming and go above and beyond to make sure all of your needs are met. Oh how I wish I could give The Vow 10 million stars. I went to The Vow after seeing a Bolero I loved years ago, knowing my friend purchased it from the Vow with Huey and Grace. Little did know I was entering the most genuine, humble, realistic, creative, and helpful place with Huey and Grace.

Huey went above and beyond making sure each detail of the Bolero and Veil I purchased were perfect. He made sure the Bolero fit exactly to my body, was covering parts of my body I didn’t want revealed, and snug in just the right areas. When I was uncertain, uncomfortable, or worried, he provided the best solutions that I never even knew were possible. His attention to detail is immaculate.

Grace was supporting me at a time I was uncertain about my dress, which I regret purchasing from a vendor other than The Vow. She addressed all my concerns and offered multiple creative suggestions to make me feel more comfortable.
