I am very lucky to have found NY City Iron Works Corp. I needed window grills, and I had very specific requirements for them: they had to be lightweight, removable and yet attractive - I didn't want a jailhouse look.

Owner Fred was extremely patient with me, and willing to spend time talking things through with me in order to understand my needs. He allowed for quite a bit of discussion until I was finally ready to choose the materials that I wanted. He was even willing to speak with me late in the evening from his home.

We have nothing but praises for Fred and his team at NY City Iron Works Corp! They were extremely professional and most of all respected our home. They made sure our floors were protected when walking inside, and left the work area spotless after finishing. Our new deck looks amazing, and the attention to detail for the finishing touches was top notch! We never felt lost during the project because Fred outlined everything that was going to happen, and during the construction the team kept us abreast of everything they were doing.
