Outpost doesn’t clean or make sure rooms are clean. Two men came to look at a room and walked out. They said they’d send someone to pick up trash (not mine told them it belong to tge resident who’s room they looked at) never came. That was Monday it is now Friday.There is a vacant room and there is hair and dust in that room. I swiftly cleaned the room and I also cleaned out the closest,, refrigerators, and bathroom. They assume their residents throw away their stuff upon moving out. They don’t. I let them know i am not throwing peoples garbage AND cleaning after them and they stated might come next week remove trash, mind you it stinks ans smell like garbage dump. I have a heart issue and cant carry all that trash away.. Someone had expired chicken from 2023 in the refrigerator..Furniture is dirty too. Sales and leasing team are nice. Cleanliness needs work. They need to pay me for all this cleaning at this point. Also charging 2k for a ROOM that has false walls. Respectfully, this is my take and I wouldn’t recommend other...

At The Heritage, people constantly come in and out of the apartment unannounced, making it feel like no one actually lives there. The front door is electronic and can be opened with a code that many people seem to have, which is a major security concern. The room doors also have no locks, so if you leave your room, it remains unlocked. Despite requests to change the locks, nothing has been done.

Additionally, there is ongoing construction above the apartment that starts as early as 7 AM. The hammering is extremely loud, making it impossible to sleep. Even after multiple complaints, nothing has changed.

I am renting a room at this address, I do not recommend it!!! Because the building is being renovated, every day from 7 am to 6 pm they drill, knock, etc. They are very noisy! There is no security for the room and apartment!!! All the builders have access to the apartment! People come without notice or even a knock on the door! It's just awful!
