Sendero Verde — Local services in New York

Been living here since August 2020 and management is horrible when it comes too taking care of sirius complaints as mine. My wall thermostat doesn’t work properly and the settings are not working properly since I moved in this apartment. It’s too hot with the uncomfortable settings of Most times of 80 degrees too 90 degrees at any given time of the days or nights. None of the vents work given cool air pressure throughout the apartment. I’ve reported this too the buildings manager and the super time and time again. The super comes and tries too fix the problem. It doesn’t last and I’m sweating and have serious respiratory issues among other serious health issues and a senior citizen. I asked the manager too send air conditioning specialists too change my thermostat and analyze the problem. The thermostat doesn’t work on or off the temperature keeps rising. Who can I get too address my issues other than the building manager. How can I contact the owners of...

I’ve called the number on the site and it just hangs up. I go in person and they always tell me to call. Explain the situation and tell me they can’t help because I need to call. I’ve send letters with no response. I’m trying to get an application to apply. I have a disabled son with a lot of needs. His school is near by the doctors as welll will be nearby. Making my situation better. Where I live now in NYCHA. Is horrible. Kids are always smoking in the lobby and fighting. There’s always garbage in the hallway, which makes it hard for me to go by with my son Wheelchair. I’m tired of calling 911, 311 and even the man office to complain. Wow this building is beautiful and I live near by like few blocks away. I grew up around the corner with my mother, and she would love for me to live there, I applied to live here through Housing Lottery. I really hope I get an apartment here because Harlem always been my home and near my job and i would love to live near my mother and on my own and able to help her also. im just praying one day i get a called or a notification and be able to live there.
