I got my nails here once and never will I do it again. They're more expensive then where I'm used to going. I got the sns dip which usually last me for up to 4 weeks. My nails chipped in 5 days. I called them to see if they could fix it, they told me to come in they'll check it out. I came in the next day they said they where going to charge me $5 a nail to fix. He also told me it only last for 2 weeks there. If you Google sns dip it states that it last 3 to 4 weeks. So basically they're taking advantage of their customers. I dont think I should have to give more money for them to fix the job they did, especially when they had attitude explaining the dip process. If I've never done this before I might've been fooled and swindled into giving them more money, but nope I will not pay for their horrible customer service. I dont want to blame all of them but whomever is the man at the 1st...

So I normally get my nails done here but recently they have been getting out of control with their prices. I went to get a full in and I asked how much was it they said $22 if your not getting gel so I said ok that's fine. Got there the person I made an appointment for they told me couldn't do it so I got there at my appointment time to hear I have to get my nails done by someone else who i dont know so I said ok now she takes off my gel that I had on my nails previously never mention to me oh its $10 to take off the polish after she is finish filing my nails then she says oh its $10 to take it off ..... what since when ??? I will never go back there because $35 for a fill in on regular nails is beyond crazy for all of that I can get new set everytime same price. Smh this is beyond crazy. ...

I’ve been a customer with paradise since they opened their doors. Although I took a break from getting my nails done. I continued my pedicures. Two weeks ago, I got my nails done. I was taken back by my bill. It was nearly $100. For a full set, pedicure, and polish only for my daughter’s nails. Two weeks later, I decided not to have the gel polish. The nail tech made it seem that the gel polish was free with my fill. I asked for the cost. She said, “ $35 for fill and $5 for the nail cut.” The price board read fill $25 and the nail cut was $3. . I asked one of the managers about the discrepancy in price and she tried to cover for the tech. If you go to Paradise make sure you are clear with the nail tech...
