Cousins Pizzeria — Restaurant in New York

This was the worst Italian I have ever seen or tasted, I contacted cousins pizzeria to complain, I started by referencing to the water down sauce along with how the stuffed shells were frozen in the center and hard on the outside, as well as how the garlic knots looked raw like it was dough, I told the lady who picked up the food if this was authentic Italian owned by Italian, the lady on the phone said yes, I told her I am disappointed and how Frankie's, which is owned by Albania's make better Italian, she responded with; I was being rude when in reality I was not, I responded that she must be a Joe Biden supporter cause she was getting in her emotions, the husband called back and left a voicemail telling me to appear at the address and he is there till X time, I contacted him back to say nobody got disrespectful, but he contributed to say I did, so I got disrespectful, it took my wife to remind me of my third strike to get me from showing up and testing that energy in person, I understand cooks do not like getting their food criticized, but I paid for good Italian food, like Italians are known to make, maybe it was a bad day, but so was the food. Horrific experience. Ordered Penne alla vodka. No where in the description of their dish did it say it included meat. There was bacon pieces throughout the dish and I do not eat meat. The driver also refused to come into the building to deliver the food. They are not listed as curbside delivery. In the middle of a cold winter night, they expect you to come outside while they stay seated comfortably in a coat within their heated car. When I called about the issue with the order, they acted surprised that they should include in the description that pork is in the dish. I had to be the one to ask them how they were going to resolve the issue. They stated they would bring another dish but it would take another 30 mins to deliver because they’re far from us. The restaurant is only a 6 minute drive from our home. When the driver returned with the new dish, once again he refused to leave his car. Then he refused to give the new order until he got the old dish. No idea what he wanted to do with the old dish. As I was bringing the old dish down and my husband was outside in the cold again, the driver drove off. We had to call and speak to the manager who had to call the driver. Tonight I ordered my usual buffalo chicken pie, I asked if it’s fresh then the guy got smart and said this ain’t McDonald’s. Then they had trouble charging our bill on card.I asked for coke he said Pepsi , I said NO PEPSI.delivery guy shows up with pie I open it it’s an over cooked crust , the chicken was dried up day old cutlets cut to crumbs drenched in regular hot sauce, the cheese wasn’t melted nor did cover the pie. Never mind the burnt old chicken no cheese, in cheap 99.cent pepper sauce the whole thing was cold dry and brittle. Not to mention the guy tried to slip me a 2 liter of Pepsi and charge me for it. I called to explain the pie was trash , the wife cuts me off a quote “ you’re not gonna talk to me like that” yeah played the victim , actually tried to pull that slimy move. I called back the doofy husband got nasty and quote “no one talks to my wife like that “ he started cursing I said “if you think you right, YOU KNOW MY ADDRESS” at that point I’m beyond schkeeved out, now I’m fuming. On top of that guy trying to play my wife, then ripping her off ultimately me, then tries to twist the story I’m done with cousins.
