I would like to say this is the BEST place for my furry baby dog ever 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 I’ve been looking for a daycare/boarding where they regard my dog as their own, and I finally found Pawtel. By it’s name you can tell it’s where your furry kids would feel like at home and got the service like at an hotel🏠 I personally mind the environment of where I sent my dog to spend her day a lot, including how friendly the staff are and how clean the environment is. ✨First of all, I DID NOT smell any odor when I step into the store like other places I’ve been to. Secondly, different from other usual daycare/boarding🛏️ I’ve been to where they caged dogs, each dog at Pawtel has his/her own spacious room with a special venting system. The other thing I like is that there would be staff being and playing with them🎾 Among all, what I care the most is HOW MY DOG feels, if she ever shows scared or not willing to step into the store again, I would say BYE to the store forever no matter how good ppl say it is. Lastly, they provide 🌟ONE STOP SERVICE🌟including bathing and grooming there🫧🛀so my dog could enjoy her time there being the dirtiest but happiest dog and get bathed/groomed before coming home 😍

I recently had my dog stay for a week at Pawtel and it was lovely experience. I had to take a flight from LaGuardia Airport and it was very convenient to drop off and pick up. They have a very flexible schedule and were very accommodating, especially when it was last minute. I was immediately connected with someone who spoke English and they answered all my questions. It was my first time using this boarding facility but it will not be my last. I became a member and was greeted with a welcoming bag. While my dog was at their facility they provided videos and photos and a weekly report. I appreciated the feedback and transparency. It helped comfort me that my dog was being looked after. It was great that she had the ability to go outside daily and play with other dogs without additional cost. What I loved the most was that when we went back home, she did not exhibit any unusual behavior. In fact, I feel like she is better trained. I am delighted and highly recommend. Great experience for both me and my dog. The business itself is clean and friendly with a big space outside for dogs to play in the pool and run around. Each “room” is individually air-conditioned, and unlike any other doggy daycare, I noticed no odor whatsoever.

My dog stayed for over a week. Though he was a little homesick the first day or so, he quickly worked up an appetite playing with all his new friends to the point where he went through all his kibble. Fortunately, the owners were kind enough to inform me and replace it for the duration of his stay.
