I love this place so much and very happy it is still here in the neighborhood despite all the recent hardships. They have still done their best to keep prices fair. It is great to have somewhere close by to get a bun and coffee for $3. My personal favorite is the coconut raisin bun, and their coffee is so rich and flavorful that it can easily be enjoyed black. The staff is very professional and early in the morning you can see the level of authenticity in their baking process and thorough measure of quality control. I am so exuberant to see they relocated !!! I was heartbroken when the closed the previous location. There is something very special about this place. Very delicious pastries and breads. I wish I had gotten bubbles in my hot bubble tea. But to be fair there was a bit of a language barrier. All the same, they were friendly and accommodating.
