An absolute waste of time, horrible customer service, and an all around insult of an experience. Prior to traveling the hour commute to the tip of Brooklyn from Chelsea, Iād called and was explicit and transparent about the iPhone XS Max 512gig in perfect condition I was selling. Was forthcoming that phone was carrier locked by spectrum and rep said that theyād still take it and would not get less than 550 for the phone. Hoping for 700, I trekked to Brooklyn where I was first waited on by a man who was insistent that the iPhone 11 was coming out in 8 weeks and even showed me a render of a LEAKED PROJECTION ON THE INTERNET...laughable. But the joke was his offer of 350 offer for a phone that retails for 1500. Disgusting!!!!! He called, whom he referenced as a the āowner,ā who showed up not long after and enforced the robbery of an offer but said heād go up to 395 for the miscommunication. The worst experience Iāve had in a long time, and would strongly suggest anyone looking to engage in any business transaction with this company to, by any means necessary, avoid their horrifically shady business practices and look elsewhere. Canāt be more disappointed by my experience. update*
You are blatant and audacious liar. And here are the pics for proof positive of your continued insult. My phone is not now, nor has it ever been blacklisted!!!!!! I am the only owner, verifiably!!!! This a testament to my original post of this businessā shady and back alley practices. Steer clear of this company. He clearly thought he could undermine my post by fabricating a lie to discredit me. Wrong guy!!!! Now Iām also contributing this post to yelp, and forwarding a complaint to the better business bureau. Best of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBrought in a few laptops a few months back and was told they will be put aside as they needed to be charged up to check them out and give a price though I was quoted $60 each if all good. I was never given a receipt or anything for that matter so called them a few days/week later to find out what's going on and for a status update but they still couldn't locate a charger and asked if I had one that I can bring it in so I did and when I went back the person I dealt with wasn't there and the other guys could not locate my laptops. The one who helped me out had no idea where they even or could not locate them which seemed a bit fishy but ok so I spoke to a manager and the owner which said they will see what they can do for me in regards to this and was told that they can give me a store credit but I just wanted some kind of money back from the laptops especially since I was quoted about $60 each if they are good to go once charged. These laptops were all fairly new and only a few years old. I'm still waiting to see what can be done for me regarding this issue as I just want to be compensated with a little something at least for all the trouble and mess this caused and supposedly disappearance of all the laptops. This all should have been handled much more professionally. I hope this matter will be resolved and I can get some money back. I honestly wouldn't recommend...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePicture this: I just spent a grand on new iPhone 11 Pro, my plan was to trade my iPhone 8 to buy a case and screen protector for but the guy at T-Mobile offered me $80 and was charging $40 for a case. I thought to myself āWTF bro?ā, jumped on my scooter and cut out to get chipotle and take some bathroom selfies real quick. As Iām burning rubber on 86th I see a green sign that says āPaymore - Cash for Electronicsā so I start thinking about getting extra guac. I walk in and was greeted by this incredibly good looking bro, he evaluated my phone and offered me almost double what T-mobile offered. I took the deal, and bonus: they sell cases for like half the price! One stop shop!! We talked about the gym I work at for a few minutes and I left. I love this place. Why didnāt I hear about it sooner? I feel like Neil Armstrong discovering new planets. You should definitely check...
