Horrible costumer service! sold me 2 stale Montecristo White’s soon as i bought them i tryed lighting one up the cigar just would not light creating a hole in the middle. i imidiately took it back and showed him the cigar and asked if i can exchange both for 2 fresh cigars from another batch because odviously those werent properly stored and humidified. He said no he can only take back the one i didnt light up (he knew they were both stale and bad taken from the same box) when i told him thats bad costumer service and i wouldnt come back to his shop he said HE DIDNT NEED ME! wow ive never seen this practice ive been smoking cigars for 15+ years and never had a shop treat me this way. I met a young slender Asian male at the counter whom i later discovered he is one of the owners. I believe he said his name is Charlie or Charles. I told him the 3 cigars i wanted and he delivered 2 the last one was out of stock. When i walked into the humidor i didn't know what to expect because i could smell a strong sweet fragrance. I took the chance and purchased the cigars any way they was good. Cigar Emporium has a great selection of smoking products to choose from, which also includes vaping. Upon entering the store, cigar byproducts can be found on the left and vaping product line on the right. The humidor is to the back of the store and can comfortable fit six customers with enough space to browse to selection mounted on the wall.
