Do not I repeat do not go ever since Kay left. This place has fell off. They have a new girl that don’t know what she doing. I went to the other lady that’s been there forever and she literally gave me two different eyebrows and my birthday was the next day and then try to act like she didn’t do it after I’ve been growing on my eyebrows for months. Please do not go the other two girls that was there when I got there they were getting their lashes done and they did a horrible job. The new girl only did like the middle of her eyebrow left a bold on the end and then the other girl complained that the other lady felt she felt like something was dropping it. I like it didn’t feel secure and it felt heavy. Do not go to this place. Do not waste your time. They don’t know what they doing ever since the other staff left. They are horrible. Go find...

I came for lash extensions thinking they’d use single lash extensions & separate the lids with the plastic piece. She used cluster lashes & glued my eye shut, she tried separating them which left me in immense pain only to found out she broke skin in the process. I’d be lucky to not end up with an eye infection.

When I got home, I noticed a few of my real lashes came off & began poking me in my eye from underneath & seen she glued a set of lashes on my actual waterline at the top. They are completely unprofessional and unsanitary, not cleaning the seats in between clients and not wearing gloves. DO NOT come here for lash extensions. I am just praying i can come out of this with most of my real lashes intact.

Never again ! l used to be a returning client. Messed up my birthday brows … I asked for threaded eyebrows and this lady decided to slap wax on the middle of my face. stopped her and reminded her I had asked for threading, she waxed off half of my eyebrow and proceeded to thread the rest , now my brows are completely separate when I never asked for a wax in the first place . I tried to let this lady know that she messed up my brows to see if it's fixable and she started an argument , yelled at me and claimed she did nothing to my brows that they were already like that.
