DO NOT GO! WASTE OF MONEY!! ULTHERAPY HORROR!! I am writing this review to warn women of the dangers of PERFECT 57's Ultherapy treatment as doing this treatment here can destroy your face forever. I did Ultherapy here in beginning of June. Immediately the next day and ever since, my face became lopsided. The right side of my face sags down, became long and my lips are horribly uneven. Instead of looking more youthful as promised, the treatment left me looking half paralyzed and aged me terribly.

First the treatment was incredibly painful and uncomfortable. The technician Adriane did an uneven amount of lines on both sides of my face. After a few passes, she also realized she put the energy levels transmitted by the transducer too high on one side of my face. It left me with burn marks and welts on the left side of my face.

I have been sending in photos and requesting help to Michelina (owner/manager) to no avail. Michelina does not respond till weeks after with empty promises that I will get fixed one way or another. It has been 4 months now with nothing on their end. I had asked for a refund of my $2800. Michelina's response; results are different for each person, no refunds, and that Adriane will reach out to me. Another week passed, again no communication from them. When they finally did reach out, it was to come in and take more photos, to wait for them to come back with a solution again. It is apparent they do not care or taking responsibility for their errors. Their service is horrible and I can only think maybe it is because they are a new business and just trying to pay off their machine. I am not sure why they would not stand by the performance of their business and do due diligence especially with such horrid results. No business should ever leave the customers this way.

I did go for a consultation at a real doctor's office and now my options are to massage the area, do facial exercises, and speak to a surgeon if the lopsidedness does not equilibrate.

What should have been a discreet treatment, with promised positive results have now became an unreal nightmare leaving my face distorted for possibly a lifetime, and god only knows how many thousands of dollars more I have to spend to try to reverse what they did to me and correct Perfect57's mistake.

In writing this, I hope to just save at least 1 woman from the tragedy and suffering Perfect 57 will undoubtedly cause, ruining her beauty and taking away her confidence as well. If you do decide to do Ultherapy, please do your due diligence and make sure the company is reputable with certifications and has a lot of experience. Ideally Ultherapy should be done by a physician or physician assistants, not cosmetologists or aestheticians. It is after all, a medical procedure and ultrasound energy is being used. Although it is safe and FDA cleared, it is best to make sure the company adheres to the ALARA principles when using ultrasound devices. I would never wish this upon anyone. Please be careful who you choose and not be persuaded by a pretty salon unlike me. The damage is done on me already, and please please make sure they use the lowest energy to prevent potential...

I've had the worst experience with this company. They completely disfigured me with the coolsculpting, and took zero responsibility. I had to contact them so many times to get a response, then they told me it was somehow my fault, even though the doctor confirmed it was from coolsculpting. The owner (female) seemed angry at me for being upset with the outcomes. She didn't take any responsibility, and didn't even reach out to the coolsculpting provider. I had to do everything. They didn't even give me a refund for disfiguring me. I went to some other med spas around the area and they told me that they had heard of complaints with this place and that's how this place is so cheap. I'm confused why none of the other reviews talk badly about this place because I've heard so many bad complaints here. I will keep writing this review if they remove it so that everyone can be warned against this place.

Please take more responsibility for the damages you do to your patients. It's our lives you're messing with. Now I will have permanent damage in my abdomen and I can never get that back!! so shame on you for neglecting your patients, hope no one ever comes here again so they don't have to go through the pain and...
