Captain Tilly Park Playground — Attraction in New York

Nice park area with a lot of character and its own small lake. All things considered, the water quality is not too bad. It is a nice place to sit in the sun and you can sometimes watch geese, other waterbirds and even turtles swimming or sunbathing by the water's edge. There is a popular playground area also. Very nasty ,dirty ,unhygienic. No one take care of the park,unauthorized drunk and drug addicts people leaving their, I been going to this park last 9 years and never noticed any park employee or anyone taking care of the park,mosquitoes and bugs everywhere..very...

Nice like the pond and the space for kids to run around Hate when the high school gets out at 3 and kids are playing they come in the play ground smoking weed and dont care ... messing...
