Supreme Diner — Restaurant in New York

So this was my 1st time at Supreme Diner and I can tell you I will never go back there EVER. When my bf and I sat down, the place was empty. We were greeted by the waiter who was rude and rushed us to order. We got nachos for an appetizer and waters for now. Before we even got our nachos the waiter came back and wanted our food order. I ordered bbq baby back ribs with Tater tots and corn. The waiter immediately coped an attitude saying the fries were complimentary and if I wanted a substitution its 1.50 which I had no problem paying. He then asked how I wanted my ribs cooked. I was confused as baby back ribs are usually cooked fully through and take some time to make. I brushed it off and told him I'd like them well done. My bf ordered french toast with banana and again the attitude that bananas cant be added to french toast because it's not batter like pancakes. My bf explained he knew that and would like the banana on top. The waiter rushed off without taking our drink order as another couple came in and sat down. We got our appetizer and asked him for drinks at that time. The nachos were the only good thing from this whole story. However when our food came out I was given 5 lamb chop and mixed veggies instead of a half rack of ribs and corn. When I asked the waiter he told me I ordered the wrong thing and took it back to the kitchen. Afterwards the manager came back with the food and proceeded to tell me they were baby back ribs. I was annoyed and said screw it I'll just eat the lamb chops but I was still missing the corn. The manager says itll be right out and leaves. Then we finally get our drinks. I struggled through the tough pieces of lamb and finished my tater tots. It had been about 20 min now and I'd written off the corn when the manager comes by and asks if I had ever gotten it. I told him no but dont worry about it as my food was already done. He apologized and told me my lunch would be taken off the check and still brought me a plate of corn. Like great...I had told him dont worry about it and I'm not one to waste food but just wanted to get out of this place. I ate what I could stomach and asked for the check only to see My ribs 16.00 and some change was taken off but I was charged 4.95 x2 for corn and tater tots. So my lunch was not actually comped and then Inwas charged full price for sides. One of which I had told him I no longer wanted since I had finished eating. I was exasperated and annoyed and just wanted to leave as I had an appt to be at as well. We just paid and left. But I will NEVER NEVER NEVER go back there.

If I could give it no stars, I would. The time frame was within reason, however, they are located less than a minute from the delivery sight. I ordered a cheeseburger and it didn't have any cheese. The food was cold, I didn't receive a soda can that I ordered, I requested to get BBQ sauce and received ketchup instead - which was also cheaply given as I ordered a cheeseburger and fries and received three packs of ketchup. I also ordered a strawberry cheesecake. It was very dry and tasted spoiled. It had strawberries finely chopped on the side of it - about half of strawberry worth. I have never seen a strawberry cheesecake without the thick strawberry syrup commonly seen in diners. This would prove to be disastrous as this upset my stomach terribly. Don't bother order food here! As I went to the diner to find out what occurred with my order, I found a B rating on their door. Not surprising considering all of the other failed attempts. I've ordered from here before as well, and depending on who you speak with, either the owner (an older Indian gentlemen) or the manager (a middle-aged Mexican gentlemen), the price that they charge you for the meals change too. I ordered a small coffee on several occasions and was charged anyway from $1.25 to $2.50, with the owner charging me at the higher rate. Please, make up your mind. Never going to order...

I would upload pics of me throwing up but I don’t think it’s suitable for children so I won’t . I used Uber eats I ordered 2 burgers with shakes my burger was pink / red in the middle the fries tasted like frozen fries out in the microwave and milk shake was watery in the bottom of the cup and a thick weird looking layer of slimy chocolate on top . I immediately ran to the bathroom after only eating half the burger and my stomach was still upset couldn’t bare the Nausea I threw up right after using the bathroom . I paid $56 dollars for 2 orders of a horrible experience. I don’t think I’ve ever left a negative comment before on any resturant But this right here was different . Please fire the chef ASAP and stop charging prices 5 star burger spots charge when you serve cheap quality meats . Never ever ordering from...
