Black Olive Deli & Cafe — Restaurant in New York

I absolutely love this place & their delicious food! I work at the hospital across the street, so I go there frequently for lunch. On the days that I bring lunch from home, I still go to this store to buy my peach Canada Dry drink, that isn’t sold at many delis. The owner and the staff are very friendly & polite. They make me feel good about spending my money there! They are also very attentive! One day I walked in and browsed the Naked smoothies & I didn’t see the one I liked. Guy at the counter is very rude and inconsiderate! I placed an order over the phone for a BEC w salt and paper and when I arrived he asked if the sandwhich there with ketchup is mine. I said no I didn’t order with ketchup . He then insisted that is my sandwhich although I stated twice I did not order ketchup because I am allergic. To find out when I drive off and open the sandwhich guess what it has in it ketchup! So I return to the deli to let him know and the lady hands him another BEC that was prepared idk how long ago . Food is good and I frequent them often but one day they put pork bacon in my egg and cheese wrap when I asked for turkey. I came back and showed the cashier the pork and he stood there and told me that it was turkey bacon. I know the difference between turkey and pork!
