Prada New York Madison — Local services in New York

i have been happily shopping at prada for over 2 decades and can say never had an issue until now. andrew and hannah two sales reps are very kind and constantly texting with new arrivals but the minute i had one issue they completely ignored me and continue to ignore me saying the manager will help meanwhile he has done nothing. the tailor ruined my jeans and the insisted on taking back 2 pairs of pants i bought at another prada and now i am not getting the refund cause they took 2 weeks to handle it snd it’s past rhe return date. the also charged me to tailor jeans i bought from prada and messed up the jeans not i have to spend tripled to try and fix them and still no response from them. i am a good customer and live right next to the madison ave store. my suggestion is stay far away from andrew and hannah. they will be nice until you have an issue then their true colors and insane greed becomes...

I have shopped here before and feel the selections are superb however I am done visiting because the store policies are incredibly obnoxious. Rather than use advance methods such as CV etc.. they have some watchdog following you around the store like stalker. With every time I visit (and this is the last one) there are less and less customers.. perhaps they will figure out eventually that high end customers don't wish to be treated like thieves...

I just want to say thank you to kinga and manager Hasna. Such a good experience from walking in being greeted and being helped. I went in for an exchange and although it wasn’t a sale kinga helped me with so many options she treated me as if I did the sale with her which I am appreciative of.
