I was warmly welcomed and personally shown around Fasano by Ana Schuetz, and it was an experience that reminded me just how exceptional she is. Having worked with Ana in the past, I already knew the level of excellence and integrity she brings to everything she does—but seeing her in this new role only reaffirmed that.

This review is on the bar restaurant. I had the opportunity to dine here at a private event. If you have seen my reviews I don’t give 5 stars often. This restaurant deserves it. Honestly not that the food blew me away. The service was so over and above it raises this place to that level. I had the salmon. Where to start...Small hotel but very warm and welcoming, excellent and friendly reception staff. for a Wednesday it wasn't very crowded there was a lot of tranquility... I had an incredible French style Breakfast/Brunch with very high levels of cuisine, omelette with mushrooms and cheese omg delicious. and afterwards we had lunch with a tagliatelle whit ragù super yummy and a fillet of sea bass in a delicious fish soup.. all unique and hotel and on 5th avenue in front of Central Park perfect location we will definitely return here.. thanks,...
