I took time off work and traveled over an hour to this appointment, only to be turned away because of my skin tone. I wasn’t told in advance that the technology they use isn’t safe for darker skin, which made this such a frustrating and disappointing experience.

As a paying customer, I expect transparency and inclusivity—especially in a city as diverse as this. There are plenty of laser technologies today that are safe for all skin types, including Nd:YAG, so there’s really no excuse for not serving clients with deeper complexions.

My time and energy were completely wasted, and I hope this feedback encourages the business to not only disclose this information clearly ahead of time, but also invest in training and technology that reflect the diversity of the communities they serve.

Beautiful space, professional practioners, excellent service! I initially went for laser hair removal and have now experienced several other treatments with a variety of practioners. All of them are amazing. Every time I visit the studio I am greated with a welcoming smile from Lexi at the reception desk, and each treatment is done with a feeling of personal attention. Ksenia, Paula, Adele, and Vicki are all incredible - there are other practioners but these are the ones I have personally expereience. All of them have been so mindful of ensuring I feel physically comfortable and the experience as painless as possible. Endospheres was relaxing and great for inflammation and increasing energy. Morpheus has been so integral in mending a second degree burn scar. Vicki goes above and beyond with Morpheus, and created a personal plan for me to heal my scar. She ensures the space is comfortable and uses a technique to cool the area concurrently as she does the treatment. None of the practioners are pushy or try to upsell more than I ask for- although I would certainly continue to use their services as the level of professionalism, cleanliness, and care is top notch.
