went a few days ago to purchase a zippo lighter, opened it after leaving the store to use it and found that it didn’t work. so i went back to either exchange it or see what’s wrong, when i told the store employee he said that it probably needed butane and said nothing else, i was left with a dead lighter, and the wrong information about what my lighter needed (he didn’t specify what kind of butane) the employee was very dismissive, bad with information and condescending. all of the bad reviews have a theme to them, obviously there is a issue...

I have been coming to these guys for a few years now - my guys are the best!! They are friendly and always helpful! ...
