Mike offers excellent personal training in a clean and spacious environment filled with a variety of weights, machines, and other equipment to keep the workouts varied and fun. I have a peloton bike at home and try to work out 3-5 times a week, but seeing Mike at least once a week I know I’m going to get a full hour that pushes me hard and gets the most out of my time. At Terrace Fitness I’m also introduced to new stretches and routines for me to carry out at home in between sessions. Mike is also great at working around any temporary injuries or sprains.
