2024-01-18 Wow even the elevator is on the blink. This location needs better up keep. Also you will start to notice lack of cleaning supplies for the machines handle and seats etc.
2024-01-30 Elevator still doesn’t work. The gym needs to be clean and air fresher needs to be installed. New year resolution member are now here long wait for equipment.
2024-05-10 All new staff again this new manager is not training staff correctly. This gym is not being cleaned I am not sure what they are even doing. There dirt everywhere and when you use a wipe and pull dirt and other thing off of handles and machines dumbbell etc. also if you use a yoga matt make sure you wipe it a few times they are filthy and smell nasty 🤢. They need to clean this gym but when you tell management they don’t care. Men woman don’t even have toilet paper most of the time. The knobs for the sinks keep popping off. You need to fix so many things at this gym.
2024-07-17 Had my locker broken into last night in the men locker room. My wallet was stolen with a few other items laptop iPad cellphone and work electronics. Staff were unable to help. This location is going down hill unsafe for anyone that seems to be easy target. This is not the first time my belongings have been stolen and it won’t be the last. Wish the blink management would provide better LOCKERS security for our belongings. But you can clearly read the sign that the business is not responsible for anyone that gets hurts or any items stolen from the lockers.
2024-11-16 There seem to be many broken carabiner at this gym. Also the cable machine are having issue where they may stick during movement pulling down. I informed the workers but it seems no one cares . I hurt my self the other day and now I have a bruise. We all signed agreement that the gym is not liable for anyone getting hurt. But please at-least keep the equipment safe in working order. Talking to the wall when I speak to the staff about repairs.
2025-01-29 Someone broke into my locker again this has been a on going issue at this location. I informed the staff and they are unable or unwilling to do anything. The staff asked if I want to file a report I walked away. I later over heard the staff taking to another member indicating members are not allowed to have bag on the floor. If this gym would provide better security I would leave my bag in the locker but the location is NOT safe. If the gym would take responsibility and refund me for any loss I would keep my items in the locker. I work in the area and come from my office in the area. If the gym location is not welcoming office worker in the area then don’t pick this location as your gym workout location. Also there are some machine with broken parts with no resolution. Bad business model.
Can someone from blink provide a url to direct rules for all location. I was told I can’t use chalk when lifting and the manager mentioned it’s a rule. I didn't see the rule anywhere and would like formal link to the official rules. Please make sure it include everything that not allowed since there seem to be a lot of not allowed. i don't trust the new manager at this location. the new staff feel un friendly. If lifter are unwelcome then just come out and say so. Don’t hide behind your fake rules. Also I never got a email with the rules I use a Groupon everything on my account is messed up. Staff unable to help.

Read moreI cancelled my Blink membership on 9/19/2017, and was informed my final payment was $27.50. Paid this on the spot and went on my way. Charges to my account continued, which I noticed as I was going over my finances. $31.50 on October 8th, and $8.67 on November 3rd. I called multiple times to address this issue. One sales associate told me she will 'put it on a post it for her manager'. When I asked her to confirm upon receiving this message, she got defensive and said ' I am not a manager I can't help you".... I was like I know you're not, I just want to make sure the message was received. Called again twice after this and people kept telling me the same thing, they will let their manager know. I went by, and the manager informed me the sales associate processed this wrong. I said the only thing I care about is getting my money back. I was told unfortunately I cannot because this is what the sales associate was supposed to charge me. Me signing this document of cancellation was contingent on the value I was charged as a final payment; I may not have even canceled at that time if it were more, or may have looked further into it. I was even considering going back because NYSC was so filthy. Now I don't feel comfortable trusting this establishment with my money. E-mailed customer service after the "manager" told me that I was never going to see my money, and they had the nerve to not even answer. It's been 12 days!!! Hope that $41.17 you robbed from me was worth the loyalty & value...

I had a particularly unprofessional experience when I tried cancelling my membership over the phone just to be told that you "must cancel in person." I thought it was bizarre, but I did not question it. Days passed before I was able to come in person. When I eventually arrived in person as directed, I had learned that not only is it indeed possible to cancel virtually, but because of this delay I had passed the 15th day of the month which mandated an annual membership fee.
I tried reaching out to member services, who ignored any content in my emails and met me with automated messages until finally informing me that there was no way for her to believe me. Totally understood! In a situation like this, written evidence is vital. However, the influence of hearing from a front desk representative directly that there is no virtual (phone or web) method to cancel cannot be overstated. The people at the front desk are really kind, but clearly someone made a mistake. The member services on the other hand show no attempt to meet customers halfway. 1/5 for incompetence and sleazy...
