Boba Store Small Business Owners: DO NOT purchase material there for unreliable product service. Contacted this vendor 4 times: 1 website form, 2 direct phone calls with two different sales representatives: both responded as "sure, no problem, we will do it in minutes." and one more direct email reminder to this vendor. It is such a simple request, as a new boba store, we only need a copy of product catalog since the website does not show price. We were not even requesting samples, since we bought samples from Amazon to be faster. They definitely don't care about small business customers while many boba stores are. The whole market moves towards actual loose leaf tea. For other small business owners, good luck on brewing your own tea recipe to provide customers true tea and don't use these artificial...
Read moreI took an introduction to Bubble Tea class with Lindsay today and I learned so much about Bubble Tea and about all of the wonderful products that your company offers. Lindsay was also extremely thorough in explaining the processes needed to make the tea. She broke down the varieties of tea, which were the most popular teas and why. She went over the various additions like jelly, popping boba, powders, sugars and which combinations worked best based on the feedback she's gotten from other customers. I was extremely impressed with all of the knowledge she had and what an excellent job she did with taking her time to explain all of it to the class. She was very open to any and all questions and made me feel very comfortable with asking questions. She really made me feel like I could rely on QBubble to help me with the process of opening up my own bubble tea shop by offering me both the quality products and equipment I would need to build a successful business. Thank you for such a...
