Oh my goodness. I’m so sad and disappointed I don’t even care about the $21 I spent. I’m new to this area and I was so exited because I thought I found a Dominican restaurant near me. But whoever the cook is, it’s definitely not Dominican.
The mangu I ordered didn’t have any salt, it tasted horrible and it was supposed to be with los tres golpes (eggs, salami and cheese) and it was more onions than anything else. It was smothered in onions and oil with two skinny pieces of salami, two tiny pieces of cheese (that don’t even count as slices) and two fried eggs, AND the eggs were undercooked 🤢. The worst of it all was the drink I ordered. They sent me expired juice! It wasn’t like “oh it just doesn’t taste good” like it lacked sugar or something, no! it’s expire! as in it went bad and they still sent it to me. I ordered a Guanábana and milk juice and they sent me warm (it’s supposed to be cold, with ice) expired juice with cutter milk. I even tasted it to make sure 🤢🤮 and I know what a lot of people are thinking now, “it probably went bad on the way” Wrong! This place it’s 5 minutes away from my house, and the food got here so fast I couldn’t believe it, like in less than 15 minutes the delivery guy was here. After ordering I even started cleaning thinking it would take at least 30 to 45 minutes for the food to be prepared and then be delivered here. I had an issue with the uber eats app not processing my reorder, and this guy insists on not canceling my order, and going on about on how i should order something else on top of my last order so i can oay double shipping, uber eats fee, delivery, fee and maybe small order fee. Mind you i was gonna order in total of 25 bucks and the app only ordered a 7 dollar item which had small fee charged to it, and ordering again would have added up 10 dollars for the order that they could easily changed or canceled. He ended up canceling after i begged him and gave me a nasty attitude i never rouse my voice i only tried to explain. Its very disappointing also the fact that i have spent over 200 dollar there on the past month for them torefute a simple act of canceling so i can have my full order and CAN GIVE THEM MORE MONEY. They have such good cooks, but the customer service is so unhelpful...
Read moremy dad recently ordered pork feet from here and when he bit into it it was raw. he called the place to let them know. he didn’t request for money back he just wanted them to check. they denied that the feet they cooked was raw and so he asked for a number he could send photos too. He called back to see if they received the photo and they said to wait. they left him on the phone for a good ten minutes where he and i could clearly hear them attending to other people and then finally the boss picked up and denied everything. he restated that he didn’t want money back when they offered and that he just didn’t want them to serve that batch of meat to other people. they still denied everything on phone. their service and the manner which they handled the complaint of the serving of raw meat was horribly done. if you come here please check to see if your food is raw edit: for whatever reason the photo of the food is being flagged for copyright so im not sure...
