I used Nicent to ship my packages from NY back to Taiwan. It was overall a really positive experience!

My agent, Carter, is very communicative and patient with all of my questions. They have charts and diagram to help customers understanding the process which was clear and helpful.

Basically all you have to do is to open an account with Nicent, pack your stuff, figure out how many boxes you have, fill out some forms, print out Fedex labels provided by Nicent, schedule a pick up and you are 90% there.

All of my boxes arrived safe and sound and it arrived just a few days after getting back to Taiwan.

It was a pretty seamless process and they made moving internationally fairly easy.

I'm glad I chose to air freight my stuff instead of shipping cargo. The few cargo companies that I got in contact with are usually pretty unresponsive and not helpful in answering any of my questions There are also a lot of restrictions as to what could be shipped via cargo (stuff like cosmetics, fragile items... etc) . The biggest problem for me was the super long lead time with no tracking information available at all.

I might be paying just a bit more than shipping cargo with no restriction (be sides weight limit) and got all of my items within a few days.
