Do not go here. The Doctor falsely accused me of having high blood pressure after taking it one time. I have been under doctors care for the last month and my pressure has not been higher than 134/82. I have family in the medical field that say no one can be diagnosed with high blood pressure with out repeat testing. Sometimes for an entire week. This is a scam. Its a State run test that puts too much power in the hands of some quack that can take away your license and the right to make a living. Im seeing my primary care m.d next week to get a true evaluation. Stay away from this place. Go somewhere else!! Just want to let everyone know that i did go to my primary care doctor, and he told me that one or two cuff readings does not equal high blood pressure. he explained to me that you have to be on a monitor to diagnose a patient with high blood pressure. my blood pressure may have been elevated because of dealing with dr quackenbush, and the fact there is no parking around his office, had to park 3 blocks away, rush to get to the office, and that could have attributed to my one day...

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. Trying to get my pilot medical certificate renewed and he started asking me if I had any prior convictions. I was honest and stated yes some 30 years ago and that I was granted a waiver by the FAA many years ago. This doctor started asking questions regarding my conviction and how much time I spent in jail. What type of drugs and other questions not related to my medical. The FAA only requires that any pot conviction be more than a year old. He didn't know the FAA regulations and wanted me to go back and get another waiver letter. His job is to perform the medical exam and send it to the FAA. They will make the final decision. Not this doctor who obviously is not up to speed with...

Worst doctor ever. Careless and irresponsible.they lost my medical documents which they never needed in the first place. And then tries to threaten me by reporting and then walks away after saying he doesn’t care. I ain’t got nothing to hide and I am not attacking but your staff. But gave review to the service I got it was not about the medical card but the unprofessional manner and the irresponsible way you lost my documents.
