WARNING: DO NOT GO TO THIS HAIR SALON!!!!! THIS IS THE WORST HAIR SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.

1. TERRIBLE hair cut skills. A guy cut my hair and he cut it TOO short. I told him exactly what I needed at the beginning (do not cut my hair too short) but he kept cutting my hair. I told him to stop cutting but he ignored me and kept cutting my hair saying "It will be nice. Do not worry". My hair looks REALLY terrible. It is also UNEVEN.

My hair is super straight but he used an iron to straighten my hair. No other hair stylists did that to me before in my whole life.

I told the receptionist that I am VERY unhappy with my hair and asked for a refund but they didn't listen. Instead they said my hair looks very nice. Now I have the MOST TERRIBLE HAIR CUT in my entire life.

2. HORRIBLE customer service. Once I entered the hair salon, they let me sit in the chair to wash my hair. They left me there for about 10 minutes without saying anything. I was lying in the chair the whole time. Once they came, they started to wash my hair very aggressively. The water was hot. They didn't even check in with me about anything.

Again, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HAIR SALON. They have the WORST hair cut skills and WORST...

Do not trust this salon with your hair. I went in for a simple haircut, but the hairdresser in the second chair on the right immediately said my hair was dry and pushed me toward keratin and then a Japanese hair treatment. He acted confident, but it quickly became clear he didn’t know what he was doing.

After applying the Japanese treatment on my roots, within minutes my hair started to discolor. He rushed me to the sink, looked nervous with the other staff, then tried to “fix” it by applying keratin on top. While brushing, clumps of my hair were falling out. They continued the process anyway.

At first it didn’t look terrible, but once I washed it at home, my hair was completely fried. I lost a lot of hair, especially around my ears, and the texture was ruined. My hair had been healthy and strong before, but now it’s severely damaged.

They charged me $280 for this disaster. When I called to complain, they told me to come back — but after what they did, I would never let them touch my hair again.

I left with damaged hair and money wasted. Please don’t risk...

Scalp massage: After a is a hair salon but downstairs they have massage beds and the scalp massage, which cost me $40, lasted an hour. First they gave me a relaxing scalp massage with equipment, then they washed my hair and cleaned, she did a basic facial with a mask, and a really good massage on my shoulders, neck, and part of my back. They literally washed from my shoulders to my head with hot water, which was very relaxing. The woman who gave me the massage was Rosie, she is really sweet, she doesn't speak much English but she understands and follows your preferences in the massage pressure, she finished the massage by drying my hair, neck, and back and applying moisturizer.

Personally, I think it's worth it, I give it 4 stars because the place needs better ambiance, relaxing music, but the service was...
