Quest Diagnostics — Local services in New York

Not the worst place I've been to. However the communication is weak. I scheduled an appointment for my toddler weeks in advance. Arrived, checked in, waited. The technician comes out and informs me that they do not have the butterfly needle required. No one in scheduling thought to inform me beforehand of this. My time and money (transportation) wasted. I schedule an appointment for my infant daughter for Saturday morning at 8:30am. I ask my husband to take her as I was swamped with other things. He arrives, checks in via text/mobile. Her name is displayed on the board and says 35minutes. A few minutes later the security guard comes by and asks if he has seen a worker, he tells them no. The guard leaves and comes back to tell him they are more than likely not opening today and so he should maybe try on Monday. Again, no communication. This is absolutely ridiculous. My mom was in the area later that evening so I asked her to stop by and see if they eventually opened...no, NOPE!...

This place is a joke. If ur not black you won't be seen. I went there early morning with my son without an appointment. People in the waiting room was already annoyed and they literally just walked in. Needless to say I didn't get seen, they it was 10 am and the nurse took someone whose appoint was at 4pm.

Anoter lady just walked in to the door and was seen immediately it didn't matter if anyone had an appointmentor not.

Waster an hour and a half sitting there, Even when it was empty I didn't get seen, the nurse ksut closed the door and stayed in the back.

I went to Manhattan on a oter day without an appointment and got seen within 10 minutes no problem, the location on Elizabeth street and center street. I've been to both and got seen almost immediately.

The 1 star is undeserved, If I can give half or no star...

I wish I could give this location a zero. The three lab attendants are so unprofessional and rude. There were three patients waiting in the lobby and we could hear them chatting loud with each other and one of them saying 'take that girl in the waiting room'. No respect, nothing professional in their way of conversation. When they were finally ready to call us, they skipped me because I did the phone check it-ridiculous right? The phone check it literally asked you to wait in the car and you will receive a text when they are ready. I went in as soon as I got the text but the attendant kept arguing with me that since I was not in the waiting room when she texted me, then others go first. These people does not represent quest...
