Rented one of the packages for my sons birthday. The package included a bouncy house, face painting, balloon animals, cotton candy machine, and a character. I paid $100 for a magician instead of the clown. The morning of they told me they did not have the magician, even though I booked months in advance. I don’t understand how an event package booked months in advance was all of a sudden missing something I paid extra for. I was willing to overlook this, however the level of professionalism (or lack thereof) of the two young ladies working the cotton candy machine was horrible. After they set up, one of them asked me if they could have something to drink, and then plopped down on my chair. Again, willing to overlook this but there’s more. I told both girls to help themselves if they wanted any food. One of them had the nerve to ask one of my party guests to serve her. Additionally, she told another guest that she “needs some alcohol”. It was a 3 year old birthday party, and we are Muslim. I’m not sure if this is her first job, if she didn’t receive proper training, or she just has no etiquette. I was extremely put off by this. Additionally, she was eating the cotton candy she was supposed to be serving! No gloves either! The icing on the cake (pun intended) is when she asked “when are you going to cut the cake?” I responded soon, thinking it’s because she wanted to know when they can leave. She said “oh cuz I want some”. Excuse me??? You were hired for a service, to work! When we cut the cake, she ran over to the dessert table and grabbed whatever she could and left with the other girl. We had intended to tip them, but for two reasons we didn’t. One, because of her unprofessional behavior, and two, because they ran out without saying anything!! I attended the event in Atlantic City with my daughter. It was a three day trip Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Friday was a pajama/ pizza party , pizza was nasty, they sliced the pizza slices. Saturday morning was brunch with the Easter Bunny, food nasty, juice was like koolaid without sugar. Saturday night Fashion show that was ok but not worth the money they charged for it. Sunday the big show with Lay Lay. They had about 12 dance teams that performed for free. The least they could have done was let each team take a pic with LayLay. But no if they wanted to meet laylay $100 in advance $150 at the door. LayLay looked scared they didn’t have enough security and the stage was not barricaded off. So ppl keep rushing the stage, which messed with the wiring and caused laylay mic to go out. Laylay was on stage for about 5 minutes. Nothing was fee, the kids didn’t even get fee chocolate easter eggs. The had a glow concept Saturday night, usually ppl give glow sticks free not them . Glow party with hardly any glow. I got the all access pass for my daughter only for $175 and got a ticket for myself for Sunday for $75. I was so upset when I could have walked into every event without anyone asking me for a ticket. I had a party for my 1 year old grandson on 6/22/24. It was a disaster. They were late was supposed to be there at 6PM didn't arrive until 7. No phone call or anything and then they came in with an attitude. Sat down and did nothing. When i approached them that is when they decided to do some lousy face painting and blowing up some horrible balloons. Finally at 8:30 they decided to go change into the characters and to ask the DJ if he had the song they wanted. Why wouldnt they ask the DJ when they first arrived. So we had to wait for the DJ to download the songs. but wait ithats not all I ordered mickey and minnie and to my surprise only wrinkled clothes mickey came out. She tells me I only was supposed to get one character. I paid 618.18 for this mess. NEVER AGAIN!!! The lady i dealt with on the phone told me this lady who dressed as mickey was one of the best dancers they have. I would hate to see their worst because she just stood there. Then they had the nerve to make me wait until the owner decided if I was to get refunded for the missing character. I cant tell you what to do with your money but think long and hard about this company. I wish I could leave 0 stars....
