Rainbow Shops — Local services in New York

There’s a Middle Eastern lady who works at the Rainbows in this location by Fulton and crescent street, she’s the only Middle eastern older lady with glasses who works there and she’s very rude. Honestly some people really don’t need to be in customer service and she should be fired. I always came to this rainbows and one day purchased a ring light. The very next day I go back with a receipt in my hand asking for another bag because the one I got the day before broke, it was pouring raining out and she gave me such an attitude telling me “she’ll give me a bag this time but to not ask for another bag again”. I never came in there before asking for anything, I spend a lot of money in there if anything…and simply needed another bag for my ring light as I was clearly traveling with my suitcase on my way to a show, it was raining hard, my other rainbow bag ripped and I just purchased from this store a day before. I wasn’t a random person just coming into the store asking for a bag. HR really needs to look into this lady’s behavior and not have her there because she can really hinder your business and not have customers wanting to return. No one should work there or in customer service period with her negative...

Is good but the things are a bit over priced the prices seem too much especially just for clothes that are not branded I love how they have clothes that are fashionable and trendy and in different aesthetics but is just the prices they also sell different products as well other than clothing the atmosphere is a bit basic and the music they play is purely just um let's just say interesting they also need to change their bags because they're uncomfortable to carry around cuz they hurt your fingers and they also rip easily b u t overall...

Even though on a Sunday they say they close at 10 on Google but they really close down at 6 because I went there around 6:15 and they had closed doors. There was the people in their shopping but they were not trying to let anyone else in. We asked them and they said that they are supposed to close at 7. ......yet they locked up an hour before?? Sounds like they don't want...
