Usually this place is nice and my wife loves this place. But there’s no reason the old guy that’s playing security had the NERVE to follow me LITERALLY ALL OVER THE STORE. I already knew what they were trying to do because he wanted to play like he was looking for something RIGHT NEXT TO ME AND IM LITERALLY WATCHING HIM. Even when the beeper went off we gave him the whole bag because we knew he was tryna be funny but the egg is on his face. If I could give 0 star I would literally. They’re very nasty. Customer service skills are a 0. I bought shoes yesterday 09/14/2024 because I have a wedding to go to this morning. I bought two pairs to see which one went with my dress. Neither of them did so I took it back the very next day. The lady in the front told me that she could only take one back because it’s store policy??????? I let her keep both pairs because what exactly am I going to do with them? Shut the whole store down.
