Five Below — Local services in New York

As a repeating customer, I feel obligated to write a review on my experience today. There is a manager in particular who is very rude to customers, and makes it seem as if every customer may be stealing. I have my own things from other stores as I normally shop in bulk on Sundays, Gianna made it seem as if I was putting items from the store into my bag. It was very uncomfortable to be around this type of energy as a person in customer service myself. It was unfortunate and unprofessional. I understand there is a need to keep track of store sales and prevent shoplifting, however so it is blatantly unacceptable the way in which this manager has. From the manager to the employees, they are poorly educated, they make the customer feel very bad, if these employees don't like to organize things that clients need up so they shouldn't work there as that is a part of their responsibilities so if they hate it as a latin lady makes us notice tonight she should go and work in a different job,q que no they do not work in customer service, the environment is detestable, if it goes for this store, don't ask, don't move anything, you will feel persecuted by the employee, I don't understand why they hire poorly educated people without love for their work and customer service! This review is for Alessa who was helping me at the register today. She was great and friendly and helpful. I felt the need to leave this review as I accidently pressed an option that reviewed her on the card pad which I believe is not fair when many people either may not see (I didn't have my glasses on) or not paying mind to what is being pressed.
