Boba Le Tea Cafe — Restaurant in New York

This establishment makes amazing drinks ONLY when the guy is working. There's a women who works here that is incredibly rude and makes water down drinks. She also has a habit of overcharging $1. When I confronted her about the overcharged drink she couldn't hold in her smirk and came up with an excuse of her using "special tea". I insisted of her giving me back my money. At this point I just wanted a full refund, not only for the poor quality drink, the blatant theft but just for the complete lack of intergerty and honesty. I don't usually post negative reviews but she deserves it. I feel bad for the guy that's actually customer service centric and makes great drinks that's why I'm only giving 3 stars and not a 1 star. I'll let him know about what occurred and post an updated review based on his response. So a recap about my visit and what you readers should be aware of, guy is great 👍 . This has to be my FAVORITE boba tea shop in Staten Island! It has a great variety of boba teas to try so you can try something different every time!! My favorite has to definitely be getting the smoothies and adding popping boba. The owner is super sweet and makes the drinks always taste good when I go. worker at the store who took my order was super nice, prices are reasonable too, but the space was a little small (doesn't really matter if you want to take out), they also take tap/apple pay if you don't carry cash, drink itself was very good too (i got the brown sugar black milk tea, medium) though it was too sweet at the bottom, but you just have to mix the sugar in with the tea first, definitely recommend coming...
