I started coming here 6 months ago having never done yoga before because I found yoga studios intimidating. Reflections couldn’t be further from that. They are inclusive, accommodating and non-competitive. I took bare bones basics for maybe three months and it gives you a strong foundation to move on to other classes and it’s a good class to come back to as well. The instructors are very knowledgeable and will gently adjust you during poses. I feel so good after each class....
