I was so happy to see someone bought and reopened this theater. I was there every other week to watch movies when it was owned by Showcase cinemas. Unfortunately, it seems like it downgraded. Small things like the arcade games are gone and the soda machines are now the old soda machines that I don’t see other theaters using anymore. They used to have the touch screen machines with lots of options, now it’s the old machines with 6 options… Popcorn was bland AF. The whole place just feels downgraded. There’s no life. No heart. They didn’t even change the old seats out. You can see them degrading and beat up. The only difference I noticed were sharper screens. That’s it. The prices are much higher. $15 for a matinee ticket is crazy. This is a neighborhood theater. Just last year we would pay $8 for a matinee, $5 on tuesdays. The loyalty reward program was waaay better aswell. I honestly don’t see myself going back. I think my experience with this place is dead. I spoke to others that live close by and they’ve said the same. The experience doesn’t justify the price. I could get 2 sodas and a bucket of popcorn for $20, now it’s over $30. I spent $70+ for just my son and I on 2 tickets, 1 large popcorn and 2 drinks. I rarely even drink soda but i always buy food to support the theater. Regal needs to understand where they are and who their customer’s are. This could have continued being a great place for the neighborhood to visit, but they got off on the wrong foot. At this point I don’t mind taking a 40 min trip to Brooklyn and giving Alamo drafthouse my money instead. Atleast it feels worth it there.

New and improved and loving the recliner seating and the over all look . As well as after the movie you can scan a code to validate parking for $3. Not to mention we should be supporting these entertainment venues in our communities. When you can . There are mystery movie Mondays ,Tuesdays discount days . Don't forget to sign up for regal crown club to earn rewards or upgrade where you can see free movies. Sometimes they have specials / discounts for movies during the summer. FYI make sure your connected to the wifi and the staff is friendly welcoming helpful. Additional there is escalators and I believe a elevator as well.

This is the worst theater I been too. I don't go to theaters in The Bronx and thought I would give it a try. Never again! I came on a Tuesday because it's discounted. In this theater you need the app to get it. I have the app but, I don't know my password. I was told if you don't have the password you have to pay full price. I couldn't even log into the app there no service there. What a TRAP!

Only giving it two stars because of an employee there named Bridget, light skin with blonde ish hair, that had the absolute worst customer service ever. She gave the two customers before me the worst attitude ever when being asked about the nacho combo. She even raised her voice a bit to the customers. It’s my turn to order and I try to give her the benefit of doubt and be kind because I know what it feels like to work in customer service. I ask for a medium cup and popcorn and she tells me “medium of what” in the rudest tone, as if I hadn’t already told her what I wanted. I go to tap my phone to pay and she shoves my phone telling me to wait for the price to show. I forgot to mention, she tells the customers before me to wait for a new batch of popcorn because it’s stale and cold, but when it’s my turn she gives me the stale and cold popcorn. So when I return to ask for a new batch, she rolls her eyes and does it with attitude. I understand bad days at work because I’ve been in those situations but there’s so reason why you should be giving people this much attitude, because what she’s feeling is directed to the wrong people. The theatre itself is great, don’t get me wrong I love...

On Saturday July 19th,2025 at approximately 12:10 pm ny granddaughter and myself decided to go to the movies to see Jurassic Park first red flag was the escalators were it of service that's fine because they have an elevator odd enough you can only take the elevator to the 1st floor and then you must use an Ring for camera to get to the basement where the theaters are. It wouldn't have been an issue if there was someone there to answer it in which the cashier a blond haired either black or Hispanic woman who ignored the bell. I asked to speak to the manager (a younger black male) on shift as i was explaining to him that I have mobility issues walking up and down steps cause me pain as I'm explaining my issue to him he acted very nonchalant and highly unconcerned about my issue. Now it could have been because i don't have a apparatus to assist me with walking but it really shouldn't matter. I was highly disappointed and just walked away. I will be contacting corporate on Monday. I highly doubt if i will be returning there there's always an issue at this place. Everyone is not...
