Order chicken strips with mash potato the chicken strip was nasty nothing but crust there was really hardly any chicken it was all batter time and money waisted had to throw my meal in the garbage on another occasion I order the chicken sandwich and again the same thing it was greasy the bun was soak in grease it was soggy and 80% crust hardly no chicken and the fries was cold and soggy so again I decided to give them another chance with there new chicken nugget and once again the nuggets are super tiny and mostly crust I now have decide not to eat in popeyes ever again if you want to eat greasy crust this is the place for you

I told the cashier I’d been standing in line too long and suggested they take everyone’s order first so folks could sit while waiting. Apparently, that hurt his feelings—because he tried to give me mad wings and legs. I had to watch and corect him and when it was time for sauces, he gave me everything but what I asked for. Grape jelly, jam, ketchup.

I had to stop him right there: “Do not play with me. Take all this back and do your job. Go get 4 honey mustard sauces and 8 packets of honey. Do you have mother? Do you think people come here to play with you ?”

I give this particular popeyes 1 star because the service is mediocre. The employees barely understand english, which consistently leads to things like getting the wrong piece of chicken in your orders or receiving the wrong sauce you asked for. There is also a lack of attention. Many times they forget to put the biscuit in my order or give me an incomplete order (my order has been missing things like wings and sides), making it essential that you check your stuff before leaving the restaurant, because trust is gone.
