If I could give this Walgreens no stars I would I walked in with my sister and my son .. to get my two year old son milk .. while I was waiting on the line this employee looked at me funny like if I said something nasty to her .. so I assumed it was cause I was in front of her or something so I told her I was here on line As soon as I said that she started getting really hostile and nasty with me mind you I'm with my 2 year old son She kept talking while going to the register cursing at me being hostile.. threatening me Saying she wasn't going to take me Now you would think the security guard sitting by the desk in the front would of said something to her being that she was threatening me about hitting me.. but he didn't.. instead he took out his phone and started recording .. now I'm looking at him and I told him please get her cause this is ridiculous .. he didn't even acknowlege me .. I looked at the other employees and they was laughing .. she wouldn't take me .. she made everyone skip me .. so i left .. you guys lost money because of a person with no type of manners !
That type of customer service gets your customers to go somewhere else She was rude and very nasty this happened around 3:30pm - 4:30pm (August 20th 2017) I'm not to sure of the time exactly but it was definitely in that time frame ! I would never go to this Walgreens and I ask everyone not to go here Because you will the worst customer service in the world that lady has no shame ... WORST WALGREENS EVER !!! And I will be calling corporate because this was beyond ridiculous to have a lady yell and get nasty with me while with my son and family !

Read moreI had HORRIBLE experience here , this particular worker was very unprofessional, rude and obnoxois they need to do better with the qualifications of their employees ,I didn't not deserve the treatment I got its outrageous , I am a very reserve person and stay away from confrontation , So Im in line waiting its 8:58 pm they close at 9 pm ( I am the only one left ) there are a group of people innfornt of me that were all with each other and had been checked out . They are there having a conversation with the cashier lady ... Mind you they are almost out the door no business in being in front of the cashier except to talk to the lady . I was trying to be patient and waited a good 2 min knowing that the cashier lady acknowledge me and kept her conversation going with out paying any mind to me ...RIDICULOUS .so I made a psst sound to her to grap her attention ..and ask .. Hey are you open ...? Very politely . She then says to me .. I'm I a cat ? Why are you pssttt at me ? I'm not a cat don't psst at me ... I'm in shock and I'm giving her a confused stare like really are you serious ? So I tell her well I've been waiting in line while your conversating. Her attitude changed after that and she started being polite and mumbeling under her breath ... Smh she and her employers need to do better cause I know I'm not the only one .. We go in there to spend out money not to have such...
Read moreThis pharmacy is getting extremely worse everyday and it is so unfortunate that people have to suffer, My doctor sent my prescription for asthma medication and I did not know there was an issue with one until I decided to wait almost two hrs holding on the phone.
Now at 9:24 pm I have been on hold since 8:12pm trying to see if the new prescription sent for my inhaler was ok. Before I heard one caller ahead of me until the store closed and nothing. They do not communicate with the patient look how I emailed my doctor at 5:22pm when I found out and she sent it right away and replied to my email.
Looking for another pharmacy as I am tired of the miscommunication and I have been a customer for years which is so sad. Idk what is going on with that pharmacy but need help getting their standards up because they not even worth the one star I gave them. I have been trying to get my asthma pumps since last Tuesday and kept seeing extremely long lines and today I had to wait because I needed them now but only got one. 8 days and no one could call me or email me about the issue with how my doctor sent the script...
