I would never be shopping here again! Ever. I purchased a bed set. Thinking I would receive a brand new one. They gave me , the one on display which they said it wouldn’t be the one I received. The one I would received would be coming from a warehouse which was false! Scratches. And Etc all over the areas of bed set from drawers to actual bed. It was also wrapped in regular plastic nothing out of new boxes! I then complained to them about it. And they blamed it on the delivery people. And swore it was brand new from warehouse. Happy Happy joy joy are my feelings about direct deal furniture. The staff was extremely friendly and very inviting. I came in for a sectional that was budget friendly and they met my need, and delivered it the same day in a timely manner. The delivery personnel were very professional they went above and beyond all measures bc one half of my sectional didn't fit in the elevator.
