The best experience I've had throwing my daughter a Birthday Party in 9 years! I called the store maybe 100 times and spoke with Alex who answered all my questions and was ok with me calling as many times as I did :) lol. I came into the store and met with Courtney & Emme who assisted me with me with booking my daughters special day and picking out the party favors.

The day of the party was a dream come true for I am a single mom with two children things can get hard but Emme and Alex had my back. The party started at 10am so I had a small continental breakfast for kids to snack on while they engaged in the party activities planned for 90 mins. I had parents drop off the children and enjoy 90 mins to themselves. Selfcare day for parents and the Kiddos everyone is happy!

I didn't bring birthday candles because I didn't know if it was allowed in store, Emme came to the rescue and bought some for my daughter. My son had a small paper cut on his finger Emme had waterproof band aid so he can still participate in activities that involved water. Emme Manager of the year she really was amazing. She kept me updated at all times and was very good with the kids.

The kids and parents had such a great time and got to take home so many goodies and a great experience and everyone went home with a sense of relaxation with the amazing ambiance aura and the wonderful aroma on our clothes from the bath bombs instore.

I give this store and staff a 100/100 Birthday Party at Lush is a must! Especially at this location.

Parties in store are not just for kids, it could be any type of celebration or a just cause with some friends and or family to have a selfcare day complemented by Lush products.

We recently celebrated a 10th birthday at Lush, and it was an unforgettable experience! From start to finish, everything was seamless, thanks to the incredible Courtney and her fantastic team.

Courtney was a joy to work with. Her attention to detail and organizational skills ensured that the party ran smoothly, leaving us free to enjoy the day without any worries. She was attentive to our needs and made sure every aspect of the party was perfect.

The children were thoroughly engaged throughout the event. The activities were fun and creative, capturing the kids' imaginations and keeping them entertained. It was heartwarming to see all the smiles and laughter as they participated in the various activities.

The energy of the workers was infectious! They were enthusiastic, friendly, and genuinely seemed to enjoy being part of the celebration. Their positive vibes added to the overall atmosphere, making the party even more enjoyable for both the kids and the adults.
