Updated: I brought a pair of designer pants here to be taken in at the waist and the pant hem to be lengthened. The pants had only been worn a few times and had no damage. When I picked up the pants, the waist alteration was done very poorly and sloppily. In addition, there were two gashes in the bottom of one of the pant legs that were not there when I dropped them off. I was very disappointed and asked for a refund. It was a whole ordeal, and eventually I did get a refund, but only after I was yelled at by the seamstress.

Just know that when they say ready "same day" and the woman tells you "any time after 5" she means that that's when their delivery MIGHT show up, not when you can pick up your clothes. She stood and argued that I couldn't possibly expect my stuff to be there by 5:30. But wait. Isn't that after 5? Yes. Shouldn't my clothes be ready after 5 like you said? Yes. Isn't the customer always right? Nope. Not at Yes Cleaners. I would rather wash my clothes in garbage water than deal with the person running this horrific establishment. Stay away from this place. Their customer service is atrocious. Zero stars. Zero likes....

Y'all are expecting way too much from a place that handles your dirty laundry. Amy, the woman attending the shop, is abrasive at first but after a few visits will greet you warmly and with a smile. Do you seriously expect your laundry lady to be cheerful? She gets the job done and does it well every time -- end of story. Maybe instead of expecting her to drive the customer relationship, you could actually introduce yourself and strike up the conversation. I did, and now I can say I wouldn't go...
