I visited Sell Your Gadget in Flatbush with my HP EliteBook 840 G8. Despite confirming my visit by phone, I was offered only $5 for a fully functional, valuable laptop—several hundred dollars below fair market value. The staff told me give a 5-star Google review and even asked for my phone password, which is highly inappropriate and unprofessional.
