What I should of done was check the YELP reviews!!! They have 1 star reviews. I encountered so many problems at this place I should’ve took that as a red flag they said I needed 3 root canals and like 8 fillings and when I went to another dentist it was nothing like that! The first day that I went there they made me sign a paper that said they are not responsible for any issues that I may have with my teeth. After I sign that paper, a doctor opened a teeth of mine that did not need to be opened and told me to call my insurance and ask them to approve that teeth to be worked on. The next time that I went there was May 27, 2023. I had asked one of the people that was setting up if I can see my chart and she told me no I cannot then the lady that I attached pictures of came and told me that only the doctors can look at the chart when the last time I was there the doctor let me see the chart She was being very confrontational and rude and told me she is done talking about the topic to ask my doctor, so I left it alone she came back and CONTINUED to try and argue with me so I got up and left because she gave me the option to leave or wait on the doctor and I wasn’t putting up with no disrespect. They confirmed an appointment with me when I was there and when I arrived on the day of my appointment, they said I had no appointment because the lady forgot to put it in so I had to wait an hour or two just for them to see me, they had put me in the seat to get work done and left me there for an hour and on top of that I already waited an hour and 30 minutes just to be put in the seat. They started working on me, left me to work on somebody else, then came back to me. This is my worst experience I’ve ever had with the dentist and I do not recommend at all.!!!!!!

UPDATE** 01/03/2024 The root canal that I got from here wasn’t done correctly and I had to get the tooth removed. They used a big screw for my canal and the instrument bent inside which led me to have an infection. Terrible place wouldn’t wish this on...

DO NOT ! I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE! Not only did Dr. Siavash Kiumehr & Dr. Alexander Kirzhner both lied to me about having over 8 cavities but they also damaged my upper left side row of teeth, since I believed them and let them do 4 fillings my first visit. I haven't been to the dentist in a while, which was why I considered it to be true(biggest mistake) because now I cannot chew on the left side of my mouth without having bad pain. When Dr. Kiumehr did my fillings at first he filled them in way to far down which I couldn't really close my mouth all the way, I came back to him to see if he can fix them and he admitted to his mistake and apologized and shaved the fillings down for me in hopes of making things better...... NOPE! Came back a third time in hopes of Dr.Kirzhner who I originally came there to be treated by since he was the one with the great reviews on google can help fix it, and he was so nonchalant and told me he would do his best but cant promise things getting better. He barley touched my teeth and just told me to give it a few more weeks and recommended a mouth guard instead. These dentist do not care about their patients & only care about getting all they can from your insurance. Now i'm stuck with this pain for almost a year now and have already been to two different dentist so far who both told me I have no cavities and cant find a solution to helping me...

Russian Dentist … I had missed 2 appointment due to medical reasons however I rescheduled when the receptionist contacted me… the day of appointment I go in and they tell me maybe they overbooked me because I missed 2 appointments…. I preceded to explain that I took of from work just so I wouldn’t miss the appointment again and explained my frustration… she asked me to calm down so I explained I was calm … I wasn’t cursing I just wanted an answer… so I ask to speak to the dentist …. I’m not sure what the receptionist told him but he came out very aggressive o recorded the whole transaction… his demeanor was so rude I told him I no longer wish to work with him and asked for my records to be sent to me ….. while doing so I just was explaining how unprofessional and rude they were and telling the lady that was waiting to be seen that she should definitely see another dentist because our race makes us aggressive in their eyes and explaining my horrible experience and this man came from the back and walked over to me speaking very aggressively as if he was gonna put his hands on me I asked her to call the police she didn’t but when I picked up my phone to record again he walked away…. Horrible place no accountability and I never met a company that finds u missing a appt disrespectful until today …. I even have him on video telling me this as I asked him how was it...
