Update#3: hands done by Bella. It was originally (fill in, cut down & Shape change to shape/coffin and design) $105 but I wanted the gold boarder on all nails so an additional $10. Beautiful done. Toes done by Ray, of course. Wouldn't have it any other way Update: (picture attached) I got the colorful patterns nails done by Bella. She is very talented. This set was $105 and my pedicure by Ray. He is the only one that I get my pedicures from. I love the way he takes care of my feet and paints my nails beautifully. The first lady I went too she kept grabbing my hand and speaking to me like I'm child tell me to stop moving and she must drill down my nails in order for the acrylic to stay on my nails. I told her that the drill is hurting my nails, it feels like a burning sensation. After she realized I want gel and not acrylic, I was sent to IVY. Ivy did a good job with my nails but the price was a little over the top. (Picture attached) I got a gel manicure with two sticker designs after wanting the designs to be painted on but it's still cute and a gel pedicure. I paid 95 dollars for this set. Honestly if I had know a gel mani and pedi cost so much at this place. I wouldve gone to my usual place. I normally only come here to get my acrylic done. So far I've had three nail techs and I wouldn't go back to them. They are insanely rough and they feel like they're rushing. I believe my personal nail tech is there.i just need to find them.

I would not recommend anyone come here to do their nails with Chris. This was my first and last time coming to this salon. I made an appointment for 1pm and got to my appt about 15 mins early. I say this to emphasize it wasn't that I was late for Christ to rush through my service. So, the many things that went wrong are the following: Chris rushed through my appointment, so much so, that he cut me so many times. It's now 2 weeks later and my nails still hurt and are completely damaged. He used dull tools and was pulling my cuticles instead of cutting them, he wasn't paying attention when doing my nails that the drill cut the side of my nail deep and I was continuously bleeding, a couple of times. He also filed my nails down so much that now my nail bed is thin and cracked and I am scared to take the nails off. I told Chris that I wanted acrylic nails he forced me to do gel, I told him I didn't want to do it because it burns my nails and I just don't care to do it; he just started added the neutral gel on the tips. I will say the salon is clean, and staff are kind and respectful overall. However, my experience there with Chris was terrible and I will not come back to do my nails and I would not recommend anyone go to him to do your nails. My nails did come out nice, it was just a painful and frustrating experience.

Yesterday was my second time at this salon. My first experience was really good. This time not so much. I made an appearance at 7 pm. (They close at 8) There was a slight wait. So I used this time to go take money out of the atm as they don't take cards which is a little off putting. When I got in the chair my tech seemed frustrated and aggressive. Pulling my hands roughly and forcing me to essentially lay across the table for her to do my nails as she wanted to lean back comfortably in hers. She cut and shaped my nails perfectly I have no complaints there however in what I took as a rush she began using the machines to buff down my acrylic. She was so rough and fast that she continually knicked my skin leaving burns cuts and a lot of cut skin. My fingers are sore now and upon further inspection 2 of my nails have bubbled. I paid $42 for a fill in and gel polish which was a little pricey to me as I normally pay $30 but i was willing to pay it because I came for a design that they later told me they couldn't (wouldn't) provide me. I think they were ready to leave so they didn't want to spend actual time on me. I would say only my tech specifically had this attitude everyone else seemed pleasant.

This is probably one of the worst nail experiences I’ve had in months. I came in to get an acrylic set done, i called beforehand and they told me it starts at $56. I showed my tech, Cindy, the set i wanted (pretty intricate) and she said she could do it and it would be $110, which i was fine with because it was a detailed set. As she started doing the nails, it was clear she did not know what she was doing and other techs kept coming over, which was concerning to say the least. She then told me i couldn’t do both of the colors on the set or it would be an additional charge? Which made no sense because she already gave me a price. I decided to just do the one color (pink) after going back and forth and her refusing to do the yellow. After that she attempted the design and it genuinely looked so bad i just had to choose another set. I wouldn’t mind if she told me from the beginning she didn’t know how to do the nails i showed her but she waited until we were almost 2 hours in before doing this flower. When i realized it was not going to look how i wanted, i told her we can change the set to something easier. She was visibly upset and you could tell she did not care how she did my nails after that. She did the nails very sloppy and some of the lines were uneven. She then said it would be $95 even though the set was way less complicated than the initial one. I did not enjoy this experience AT ALL and I’m upset i even traveled to...
