Yummy Taco — Restaurant in New York

I enjoy their Steak over rice, onions & pepper's. (when the steak is not overcooked) I tried the same dish with Steak, chicken and Shrimp for the 3rd time today and I'm disappointed again. The Shrimp is the perfect size but Dry and RUBBERY. (on all 3 occasions) MY Chicken was OD burnt (every time) I'm all for a little char but the poor Steak, chicken and poor, poor Shrimp 😥 is burnt and dry. Whyyyyyy????

You need to accept Credit/debit cards. It's 2018. Not 1978... All the money your making on CONDIMENTS you could be making 10 times more. Your losing business not having a machine. Trust me!

STOP CHARGING PEOPLE FOR CONDIMENTS. We pay enough for the food. Condiments compliment and complete your dish. Why the heck you charging for it when I'm spending my money in your establishment???? Foolishness

The worst experience I've ever had. The food took an hour and 30 minutes to get here, my order was $23 I had $30, the delivery man wasn't going to give me back my change until I asked for it and then after I asked for change he had the nerve to dig in the cup holder of his car and started handing me quarters, $7 in quarters? Seriously? How much of a f*ing tip was he expecting? He wanted a tip so bad, money hungry a. I then told my brother to get change from the store across the street, as soon as my brother walked away the driver pulled off, i banged on the window and ask him where's he going, he said back to me he's aware that my brother is going to get change. Then all of a sudden he pulled off, he was extremely rude and money hungry the worst service ever. The guy who takes the orders...

I use to order from this place every other day their food was good but however the delivery guy is so freaking rude it's sad. One day I ordered my food and it took so long to come it was almost an hour so I gave the exact money of the food to the delivery guy. He turned around and ask me where's his tip and usually I give a tip but this time I said no tip you took almost a hour he had the ordasity to turn around and say "okay next time 2 hours" every since then I called and let them know what happen Idk if they fired the guy or anything but I didn't appreciate that at all I never called back or spent another penny there after that, it was very rude and unprofessional and they shouldn't have anybody working there that would make them lose out on money or anybody with that disgusting...
