The main zipper was fixed, but the stitching was poorly executed, left on the exterior of the bag, making it vulnerable to future rips and damages. The repair would have been much better if they had concealed the fabric and stitching on the interior of the bag, enhancing its durability and functionality. This guy is a scammer and a thief. He agreed on a price and then when I showed up to pick up my watch he made up some nonsense about a “complication” and demanded more money.
