I'm leaving this review for the second time, somehow my first review deleted. I called the office to ask if the Nurse Practitioner can call in my prescription as I had a flare up on my skin. She said, "No, I'll have to make an appointment." I needed the prescription desperately. The administrative staff said she will ask Dr. Kling, he also had the same response. I told them my appointment was the following week and I really needed the medication. To no avail, they refused to call it in. Now, the last time prior to my phone call, I was at the office four months ago. It wasn't as if my last visit was over a year ago. This office is strictly business which I can understand as they have to get paid. But when you place money over your patients well being and care, this is unacceptable. When I visit this office, I'm barely in the treatment room for 5 minutes. This office does not provide quality care. If you need a script, they would absolutely not call it in. As an ICU registered nurse, I have never treated a patient in such manner. Our duty as healthcare providers is to be a patient advocate , provide quality care and treat patients with respect. Trust me people, I don't know how people left positive reviews but if you're looking for QUALITY CARE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE. Their main concern is getting you in to bill your insurance just to call in a prescription. The sad part is if they called in my prescription, I was still keeping my appointment. This office is a disgrace. Stay away and look for a dermatologist whose concern is the patient and not his cash flow. My advice for you Dr. Kling, never worry about money, it'll always come when you care about your patients. And to the Nurse Practitioner Lenise, I am truly disappointed in you. I thought you were nice but I was wrong. You're the worse, I can't imagine you being a staff nurse at the bedside. But you have to do what Master Kling says. As a NYSNA member, I would never recommend any healthcare provider or any individual to...
Read moreThe stars are for the nurses and doctors behind the desk, I've had an effective procedure and a good treatment here. The doctors can be brief, but that hasn't been the particular problem. I have no idea what's going on at the front desk, though. I have called multiple times after hours and gotten weird responses: twice what seemed like someone's cell whose dinner I was interrupting and who understandably told me to call back during hours the next day; and just now someone picked up with "I'm gonna have to put you on hold," no "hello," no confirmation who I'd called, and then I was never put on hold but someone breathed heavily in my ear. I am no fan of voicemail, but I'm gonna go out on a limb and say an answering machine would work 10 times better? After my last visit, too, I was charged $200 extra for my visit (which I'm assuming their accountant found and had returned), and I've been trying to chase down my prescription, which I corrected after it was sent to the wrong pharmacy, ever since. Time for me to find a new...
